Assad Abdullatiff
Assad has over 20 years of experience in corporate law, tax planning, fund formation, company secretarial work, and estate planning. He holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Wolverhampton (UK) and an LLM in Business Law from the University of Hertfordshire (UK). Additionally, he is a qualified Barrister-at-Law in Mauritius, further strengthening his legal expertise.
Assad actively promotes Mauritius as an investment gateway, advises multinationals, and serves as a trustee on various trusts and foundations, specializing in succession planning and asset protection. He also played a key role in drafting and implementing Mauritius’s Foundation Act 2012.
Olayimika Olasewere
Olayimika Olasewere is a seasoned legal practitioner called to the Nigerian Bar in December 1992. In the early years of his legal career, he practiced at Femi Okunnu & Co., where he gained extensive experience in land matters across Nigeria.

Until 2020, when he established his own boutique practice, Rooftop Chambers, Mr. Olasewere was a Partner at the

Piyush Sharma
Piyush Sharma is a distinguished Botswana-based attorney and Honorary Consul for Indonesia since 2019. A graduate of the University of Botswana (LLB) and Oxford University (International Law), he is admitted as an Attorney, Notary Public, Conveyancer, Arbitrator, and Justice of the Peace.
